We do not have a fixed domicile, but work from our home offices and are geographically spread throughout Denmark. This means that there is always a Business Broker by.
Our history
Business Broker founded in 2001, and partners have been added and replaced over time. The current partners have been with the company for 2-20 years. Since 2020, we have experienced significant growth and have been awarded four Børsen Gazelles for this.

Our clients are primarily companies within manufacturing, IT and technology, construction, and trade and service companies. The position of business broker / partner
As a business broker at Business Broker , you Business Broker a central role in the entire M&A process – from the initial client meetings to the final transaction. We offer an independent and challenging position in a dynamic industry where you can develop both professionally and personally. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to become a partner and co-owner.
Your responsibilities
We always work together in teams on one customer, each with our own tasks. You will
- Manage your own sales processes in corporate transactions
- Participate in sales and networking with customers and business partners
- Prepare business analysis, presentation materials and valuations
- Identify and contact potential buyers - both Danish and foreign
- Negotiate and draft framework agreements/LOI
- coordinate due diligence transaction documents in collaboration with lawyers and auditors.

- your contribution to a close and trusting interaction with the other partners.

Who are you?
We envision that you have a strong financial background and experience with buying and selling companies, for example from an M&A consultancy, investment firm or accounting firm.

- is outgoing, responsible and result-oriented and thrives on personal contact
- is analytical, structured and persistent
- can work independently as part of a team
- have a high level of English - written and spoken
- can set up an efficient home office (geography doesn't matter).

We have been assisting owner-managers and companies with the sale and purchase of businesses and generational succession 2001.
