"There has been strong interest in Danpres. We have been in dialogue with a relevant field of both Danish and international buyer candidates," says Claus Bruun .
Prospects for growth at home and abroad with the sale of a metal company
German Zimmermann is a major manufacturer of component solutions for solar farms on the international market. They spotted that Danpres' high-tech production equipment could innovate metal components and thus streamline workflows in the assembly of solar parks. Therefore, they went all the way in the negotiations and are now co-owners of the Danish metal company.
As both majority owner and CEO, Søren O. Nielsen has with his newly acquired additional shareholding in Danpres expanded the opportunities to make his mark on the strategic direction of the company.
The new ownership structure forms the basis for further growth at home and abroad. It also paves the way for significant technology development at Danpres, which will continue to serve a wide range of customers.
