Experienced hero takes over healthcare business

As part of a strategic alignment, Falck has sold the part of the business called Falck Lægehuse.
Until the change of ownership, the new owner Thomas Helt has held a director position at Falck and previously founded the healthcare company Quick Care. It is therefore an experienced owner who has taken over Falck Lægehuse.
The company operates 12 clinics with approximately 100 employees. Each clinic offers the same services as a private medical practice - typically in areas of Denmark where there are few doctors willing to buy and run their own practice.
